Default HELP... Interior Mirror's Lights Stay On ... HELP

After I get into my car, the two interior lights unders the center driver's mirror stays on regardless of day or night. While driving, pressing the two buttons under the mirror does nothing! They only go off after I leave my car and lock the doors through the remote control. They also take long time after locking before going off.

I played with the settings and turned off every setting in the menu, nothing works.

Any ideas? Please HELP.

Sit in the car and look at your left knee, see that little **** on lower dash right in front of your knee? Thats the usual cause.

Oh, my God it WORKED! I really really really really feel like the king of stupidity! I can't believe I suffered over this for the last week.

Guys, I can't thank you enough NYC6, ByByBMW, JimTN and all the others who contributed to the resolution with their comments. You guys are one strong reason why this forum is the best.

Thanks a million

Our pleasure. I pulled out a bit of my own hair trying to figure it out when I picked mine up. Someone here helped me. Just paying it forward. Now its your turn.
