STS TWIN TURBO KIT vs APS TWIN TURBO KIT

I've been running 7lbs of boost since day one. Cannot see the benifit of going beyond this as traction is limited from a dig at this point.
Also, the system is pretty much maintenace free. You do have to change the spark plugs, oil and clean the air filters on a more frequent basis as with any FI system.

Heh... wonderful terminology...
Regardless, the fact of the matter is you don't get power until the middle of the rev band. Your definitions might not call it lag, but your foot to @ss feel sure will.

Sorry to jump in here but after listening to all this , my mind is made up. I gotta go with a SC. No lag, no heat problems, much cheaper and easier to install and very close in HP gains.

1) you cant beat the sound of a BOV
2) you can up the boost from inside the car on the fly
3) its more fuel effecient than a s/c and stock for that matter (if you mostly drive in lower rpms)
4) if you ever want to upgrade its pretty easy
5) less strain on everything (if you mostly drive in lower rpms)
STS is out of the question for me now. Im between APS and TTi... Ive been talking to Tom over at Next Level Performance. I think he will be doing my install, and he highly recommends the APS over the TTi because of gripes over the turbos that tti uses in thier setup.
I donno... I could go either way ... but ultimatly Im probably going to leave it in Tom's hands

The Turbonectics turbos are among the toughest in the industry. Unfortunately, not the cheapest though

Gripes over the turbos? You have to be kidding me right? A proven product in the Turbonetics T3/T4 Turbo vs a T2 based product? That's the silliest piece of salesmanship I have ever heard. The differential in power capabilities alone make that argument not hold water.

Id just like to take this opportunity to thank Tom over at Next Level Performance for all of his help. He has been very informative and willing to take the time to sit down and talk me through every possible question I have been able to come up with. We've been talking so often my fiance is getting jelous. haha. Truth is he has been so helpful and knowledgeable that I have chosen to drive 4 hours north to drop off my car and get my performance work done there. He comes highly recommended and knows his vettes inside and out.
THANKS TOM AND SEE YOU SOON
