Burn outs: Line Lock or Power Brake?
How do you guys handle burn-outs with your C6 six speed manual?
I have an '08 C6 and was wondering if it is worth installing line lock? How much does something like this cost? Are there are warranty implications?
Not that I'm looking to roast my tires or anything....

i bought the cartek line lock for like $250 or so...simple to install...best thing ever...i tried dumping the clutch and pushing the brakes...didn't work for me..started burning the clutch...the cartek line lock is so simple and the best thing ever...
i pull to water box...hold brake...hit button for line lock..take foot off brake since front tires are locked and rears are free to move...push clutch and put in 1st...little gas and let out clutch...smoke tires and push button to disengage line lock and roll foward...
you can't go wrong with it...to me it was worth the money

Cartek's Kit
I have a Procharged 2005 A4 and I also bought the Cartek kit back at Christmas time when they ran the special. I get my car back Thursday and will let you know how it works with an A4. Charlie C6
