Hello all,

I hope someone can help. We are dropping my new motor in and there is a small black wire (whipe stripe)that comes out of the crank position sensor/knock sensor harness. It is a heat wrapped harness. Does the black wire go on to the starter or is it a ground of some sort?

No problem and yeah, that was me earlier this year. I just finished doing another LS7 swap this weekend so let me know if you have any other questions.
