A6 Differential swap write-up????
first of all.....yes, I did a search
Found a good write up on a C5 swap but was wondering if anyone had a link to a C6......although I'm sure they are very similar
looking to go from 2.56 to 3.42

The car is going to be ludicrus speed from a roll with 3:42's. It's strong enough to break them loose @ 50-55 now when it's cool out. I would throw a small 2600 converter in too, FWIW.

I'm a believer in converters, if you are going to change the rear you should also change the converter, you will be glad you did.
I did my 3.42 first, they are great, but with the converter it's FANTASTIC, it drives normal
idles great and it sets you back in the seat any time you floorit!!

Doing a stall also is definately the way to go.
