Default C6 Cooling Fan Issues

I checked my "J" fuse and replaced the fan control module. The fan still is not working. I turned the A/C on and it still does not activate. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Unplug the fans and run some wires directly from the battery terminals to the fan and see if the fans work ... if the fan works it is probably a relay that is the problem..if they do not work you know that you have to replace the cooling fan ... good luck ...

I just read another thread on this. The problem was the fan plug connection melting. I'll see if I can dig up the thread.

If its not the connector, you probably shorted out the fan circuit in the PCM. This happend on my 07. If this is the case, you will need to purchase a new PCM.

When you unplug the fan connection plug in you can tell if it is melted ...
