Default Billy Boat exhaust

I am ordering a Billy Boat exhaust with the "NPP" option for my 06. They recommend replacing my oem cross over with the Billy Boat cross over. This new cross over pipe is $400.00 is it worth it?

I don't think you will notice much of a difference in sound if any at all. In my opinion I think it is a waste of $400. Save your money and do long tube headers down the line if you decide to go that route. You will notice a much bigger difference in sound going headers rather than mid pipe. I do have the BB Fusion system, you will love it! Besides, if you must have the mid pipe, you can always do it later.

It depends on if you have an Auto or Manual 6 speed trans. With an Auto 6 speed, it will drone severly (both open and closed) and needs the X pipe with resonators to quiet down.
With a manual 6 speed, you will be forced to do low speed cruising (less than 60mph) in 4th or 5th rather than 6th.
