Default flat top or dished?

hey guys im going with a Scoggin Dickey 427ci LS7 shortblock, which would be better for a N/A setup, flat top or dished pistons? im thinking flat top since im going N/A.

also what are better out of these parts:
callies compstar rods vs scat rods
eagle forged crankshaft vs callies dragon slayer vs callies compstar crank
akerly & childs ductile moly piston rings vs hell fire rings?

thanks guys
