Default 2005 C6 z51 tranny issues

lately I have noticed that I CANNOT SHIFT IT TO REVERSE to turn off the car or to actually reverse! It seems almost impossible... I mainly have been going into every other gear (1,2,3,4,5,6) and after a few attemps it will finally let me put it in reverse. Is there a way to adjust the clutch or is it the syncros going out or the tranny? any ideas?

(1) does it grind? or just not want to go in?
(2) stock shifter or aftermarket?
(3) IS the car tuned or not tuned?
(4) stock or aftermarket clutch?

If it grinds going into reverse it could be the synchros. if its just HARD to get in, could be either the shifter or a problem with your reverse lock out solonoid.

1. No grinding (just like its blocked... I remember when I would be "racing" going to 5th felt like it would want to go all the way into reverse and I would have to let off)
2. B&M short shifter
3. Just the Predator tune at the moment...
4. Stock clutch

i would remove that predator crap and see if that has any impact. IMO canned tunes = fail.

I will leave it on as it has a Airaid CAI and no cats and no mufflers... so it keeps the "check engine off and the CAGS skip off" but it will be removed hopefully in 1-2 weeks as I plan on installing cam, intake, and full exhaust.

Yep... at least I can make like $150-$175 back from the Predator.
