I've already installed NPP mufflers on my 2008 coupe already... cost me $120 at my local shop. Would they still need to be removed in order to install NPP in a Box and is this a procedure a local muffler shop could do? (I don't have a lift or jack/stands... garage too small!)

Other question: do other vendors offer E-Z Tap or is that exclusive to you as the seller? Thanks!

Yes you could easily bring this to one of your local shops for the install and I beleive we are the only ones that offer the ez tap

I recently purchased a 06 and it has what appears to be your npp system on a set of BB. It doesn't appear to be opening or closing when activating the remote. Do the actuators require any lube? Haven't had a chance to look at it on the lift, where should I start troubleshooting?

I would start with checking the battery in the remote

If I just wanted to open and close the flaps with a flick of a switch and don't care about the automatic mode when you hit the accelerator, do I need to install the vacuum lines anyway?

So the vacuum is what opens and closes the actuators correct? Then your "box" electronically controls the vacuum to the actuators?
