Service Charging System caused by starter?

Service Charging System caused by starter?
I have a "Service Charging System" notification on my dash and the Autozone test shows that my battery and alt are fine while my starter is low voltage - "starter amp draw is low (0Amps) with ok starter voltage (10V) - check starter circuit for loose, worn, or corroded wiring" is what it says on the report.
Some questions:
1. Could this be causing "service electrical system" on the dash?
2. Do I need stands to get to the starter? The car has aftermarket headers. I've seen some guides that say it should take about an hour but I haven't started poking around to see if headers make a difference.
3. Can I check the wiring/connections/nuts/etc without removing anything?
Any tips would be awesome, thank you.

Are you running aftermarket spark plugs? If so, what kind?
Check the wires on your starter. They could be corroded , loose , burnt.
1) yes
2) unless you are very very slim, yes (jack/lift and stand for SAFETY)
3) yes , disconnect battery (or dont wear a ring , and just look and wiggle test) and inspect connections for burnt/loose/corrosion.
ok, i'm adding this. does your horn honk? if no, check the horn fuse in engine compartment fuse box.
