Default Help with code P0030&P0135

I am getting codes P0030 H025 Bank 1 Sensor 1 Heater Circuit Malfunction, + P0135 Heater circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 1.
I have had kook headers on for over a year with no codes. Don't know if that is a factor? Can I fix this myself, or do I need to take it to the dealer?
Thanks for the help

Your O2 sensor might be going out. Did you check the connections to see if the plugs were seated properly.

Everything seems tight although the forward passenger side o2 sensor is a bear to get to. I guess I am off to the dealer. Crap!
