Default Callaway or Lingenfelter Intake - LS2

I'm trying to decide which intake to get. The Callaway Honker and Lingenfelter are basically the same price but the Callaway claims to get 16 bhp vs 12. The Callaway says it increase air flow by 26% but the Lingenfelter doesn't say. Links are below. This is for a 2005 Z51.

I would mainly care about more airflow so my exhaust sounds better.

What do you guys think? Any others better than these two, around same price range? Do you need to do anything besides install it? Like recalibrate the MAF or anything?

I have the Honker and like it. Over 110,000 miles on my 07 Z51 A6 and still running strong. Good Luck!
