Any specs on that cam? Are your heads milled at all?

Shouldn't be hard to hit that with a decent build.

PRC 243s, Ported FAST and a cam with at least low 23x/mid 23x duration should get you there no problem.

Add a little compression, injectors and E85 and you'll knock 490rwhp out of the park.

I put the link to cam in the post.
Heads are CNC ported, but not milled.

The cam is: 231/247 113lsa .617/.624

Pretty nice, aggressive cam with 13 degrees overlap

Didn't you just go on a shopping spree for parts to hit this hp level?

Im not 490+ (close tho)

Stock shorty
TF220's
60 lber injectors
Fast 92
90 DBW throttle body
240/244 cam
1 3/4th LT no cats
Vararam w/ Power duct

On a 95+ degree day, that netted me 471whp and 434wtq. I have since changed to 1 7/8th LT's w/o cats, and changed pushrods for better preload. Im thinking Im 475whpish now.

Haha....Yeah thinking about changing cams, and was more curious what cam's you guys are running. I am running a baby 228/232 cam and want something a little bigger. I made 480 in 110 degrees here in Texas. Just curious where a little bigger cam and milling my heads might put me.

Im bored really ....

Should just do a blower

I think I would like to do the G6X3, but I would like to ride in a LS2 car that has it. Think we can hook up somewhere and I can take a ride in your car?

Maybe Thursday's in McKinney or Cars and Coffee or something?

The cam I have that's going in has 20 degrees of overlap

238/242 110lsa .604/.615 lift

It's a max-effort cam designed by Pat G though. It definitely will not be for the faint of heart.
