I have zero issues with my Hardbar delrin lowering bolts, installed without any lube. No noise at all.

I must be lucky so far. My car is abused...uh...I mean driven softly at the drag strip and daily driven. My lowering bolts (forget the brand) are still good to go after over a year.

I've had the vast variety of bolts on 2 different cars.. WCC didn't last at all, Delrin's made so much noise they drove me nuts.
I cut the stock bushings on my GS (1 rib in the back). Ride is great and they are holding up.

I've done coilovers on my c5z as a final resolution there.

From my experience, Id say cut the stock bushings, or go with coilovers. Everything else i've tried is a severe compromise.

let us know if the vendor refunds or replaces this defective product. I won't buy from a company that does anything less.

Good luck getting warranty with those lowering bolts. They are a "wear" item, just like brake pads.

are they sold as such? If the OEM ones are not, then the aftermarket ones shouldn't be unless specifically listed as such.
