Best Tire for stock 19" Rim???
I have searched and found some stuff but want to see what current setups are running..... I am looking for something that will hook on the street. Might go to the track a couple times but not often. I am curious if anyone is Running the MT ET Street in the 19"? Also for anyone running a street tire what have you had good results with? Again I understand there alot better options dropping Rim size but I'm not looking to swap out tire/rims whenever I want traction, just looking to get something that will bite with the current Rims on the car and drive it!

Good to know...... I have heard some good feedback on the RE-11's and the Hankook Evo's.....I am still curious though if Guys are running the MT ET streets on the stock 19" Rim..... I am sure that tire will have the best traction and I want to buy something that is not going to spin. Where did you get your tires from and how much?

You don't want MT in rain.

Its called giving up some dry traction to be able to drive your car in any weather which I do. I am looking for actual opinions from owners who are running both so I can weigh the pros and cons.... do you run one of these tires?

The stock goodyears hook fine for me on the street. I use kumho xs for track days and they're about the same in a straight line. I used to run nitto 555r drag radials on my mustang and those were great all around tires. Good in the rain, lasted a while, and excellent ride quality

I run the KDW2's with good results. They cant hold 500rwhp in the winter of course but in warmer temps they hold pretty well. Tread life is great.

Exactly ;why I ditched the MT 19's and went to 305 Pilot super sports. I gave up some dry traction for a tire that is great all around.

My current tires are Nitto Invos which held up well till my last round of mods.
I am putting down 503 to the tires now and absolutely punishing the Nitto's from anything below a soft hit in 3rd gear.
Stay tuned..
