Yes guys have run the ctsv spares on the front very similar to the gto spares

Based on my memory from other threads, you have to do some pretty serious work on the bolt holes to get them to fit as the bolt hole centers are not the same as the Vette.
With the GTO spares you have to hone out the center hole a little (I did it with a broach in my cordless drill, it was easy) and the bolt holes, not not exactly the same, are so close that they bolt up fine.
If my memory serves the work to get the 18" Caddy wheels to fit is more involved than what you have to do to the GTO's.
