What size Poly bushings for C6 Z51?
I have been searching the forum for poly bushing sizes for my 2005 Z51, but the best I can come up with is 25.4mm back and 31mm front sway bar sizes.
Does that mean you should buy the next size up poly bushings like 26mm and 32mm?
My car still has the factory Z51 sways, but Bilstein sport shocks.
I have read of the Pfadt installation problems requiring shims or washers, and don't really want to go that route, so which sizes should I buy and from where?

I do not want the Pfadt bushings as there are a few posts on the bracket mismatch that requires washers. I have also heard there customer service is not good, but have no personal experience. Now I need my original question answered so I can buy some other than Pfadt bushings. Looks like you go smaller than the sway bar diameter?

No, details please. Do you mean energy suspension?
Looks like Prothane bushings?
They sell 30, 28.6, 27, 23mm sizes.
Looks like I should buy 28.6 for the front and 23mm for the rear. Can anybody confirm this or direct me to a forum that can?
Thanks, I want to buy these soon.

Pfadt answered my email right away, but here is the response:
The bracket may need to be spaced away from the chassis depending on the car. To be honest it's really not that big of a deal. It's the matter of stacking a handful of off the shelf washers between the bracket and the frame to prevent the bushing from being compressed excessively. You know the bar has been properly fit when it requires moderate force to rotate the bar by hand by the sway bar mounting point.
I would prefer a good fit without shimming and don't see why different cars would have different shimming requirements as the brackets should all be the same.
Back to my original question, what size bushings to order?

sway bar bushing
did you ever end up using the 32mm pfadt front sway bar bushing for putting the c6 z51 bar on your c5? reuse your stock u bracket and bolts and not use any washers?
im prob going the same route...
the universal energy polyurethane kit is 31.5mm and it was too loose on the bar
