Default Halltech Carbon Rear Quarter Panels Ready for shipment

Our first pair of carbon fiber RACE Panels are ready for shipment. These will save 11 to 11.5lbs compared to the stock 1/4 panels which are 8lbs primed.

OPTION 1 (DEFAULT) CARBON RACE REAR QUARTER PANELS. We are happy to announce our pricing for the Halltech Carbon Fiber Z06/ZR1 rear quarter panels. $1247.50 each side. Weight is just over 2lbs 8 oz. for our lightest version. They come primed and ready for your painter. They have a very light primer coating, so additional primer, prep and paint match will be up to your paint guy. They will have the accommodation for the rear brake duct bezel for your brake cooling ducting.

OPTION 2: CARBON STREET REAR QUARTER PANELS made with a little more CF, which will add around .75 to 1lb each but the strength will far exceed stock. Add $85.00/panel to the above pricing or $1332.50 each side. Same light primer.

OPTION 3: CARBON PRE-IMPREGNATED ULZ REAR QUARTER PANELS made from dry pre-preg carbon fiber, which will end up the lightest of all versions. It comes out looking like our hood bottom, roof/pillar, which is clear and very glossy. Painting can then be done with some areas in carbon reveal, but the preparation, priming and clear coating is a royal PITA for your painter. Check with them first before going with this option. It will add substantial time and material to your paint cost. Add $500/panel or $1747.50 each.

We have one pair of the Carbon Race Panels in stock ready to ship. We'll have pictures of the panels later today, but they are clones of the stock pieces. Add the Katech carbon fiber deck and you will have the entire car in carbon fiber except for the doors and front and rear fascia.

No. We make these at our carbon fiber facility here in Wisconsin. They also make carbon fiber parts for Pratt and Miller Racing and back in the day, all of the C6.R panels were made here as well.

Quality is the same as our GT2 Hood, roof, B-pillar, and our intakes.
