Those that know me know I support HPS, but to be clear, it wasn't always so. They earned my respect and support.
I started out not knowing them from Adam, a regular customer 11 years ago. I've feel like I've become part of the family...as do most if not all HPS customers.
One thing that HPS doesn't brag about...but I think they should...they have been modding LSx series cars since 1999 (with the principals going way further back modding and racing cars).
The mechanics are ASE certified, GM technicians.
You're not taking your car to some Johnny come lately. These guys have been around the block and know from experience what works (and what doesn't). They are racers first and foremost...fueling their passion by helping others pursue their horsepower goals.
And perhaps most importantly, HPS stands behind their work. If anything goes wrong, they will do what it takes to make it right if given the opportunity.
These facts - longevity, and standing behind their work, are becoming rare today. So many businesses focus on the immediate job at hand and how they can make an extra buck, forget what tomorrow brings. HPS focuses on the Customer...not the Job. They realize that the value is not making an extra $100 on this job at hand, but creating a bond with a customer so they come back time and time again because they are happy about their experience.
