So I have been searching for a while and dont know if it has been discussed before... is it possible to add the bluetooth capability to a non bluetooth car ? specifically 07 Z without OnStar ?

If you are asking about bluetooth phone, you can add a device made by "Parrott" that has a built in speaker/microphone that will link up with your phone. It can clip onto visor or mount on dash.
