Halltech Z06 Carbon Fiber Rear Quarter Panels
These 100% carbon fiber Z06 rear quarter panels are ready to paint. The first set out of our new mold are discounted by $700, just in time for your C6 base car Spring paint job.
These are the same as on the Grand Sport as well, but 11lbs lighter than the SMC parts. They come primered.
We also have a pair of stock Jetstream Blue quarter panels coming off our Z06 for sale. Perfect paint, no scratches. jim@halltechsystems.com

We did these molds knowing that folks will not simply purchase these panels to lose 11 lbs, but we wanted to round out our carbon fiber program for the C6 and C6Z06 to the point of having a full replacement package from the hood, roof, B-pillar, deck and quarter panels.
The doors would normally be next, but there has not been enough interest in carbon fiber parts to make two more investment molds.
The carbon fiber parts we have available already will shave -70 lbs off the C6 and C6Z06, while keeping the factory look (except for our GT2 hood)

We have a set of carbon fiber units ready to prep (all ready primed) $2400
The GM Z06 fenders used for the molds (primed) for $800 and we will throw in the brake ducting, but have no other parts we can spare.
The Jetstream Blue takeoffs I have not come up with a price yet.
The hardware we are using for our carbon fiber pieces. We are not using the duct work however, and the original duct bezels were used to make our carbon fiber ducts.

Prep for paint and clear
Our rear quarter panels being prepped for primer, paint and some clear reveal areas, like the entire rear duct, and continuation of the rear deck reveal.
