Windshield Wipers not working. Need your help!
Hey guys, I have been having a problem lately that is pretty odd and I can't seem to figure it out.
For the last few months my windshield wipers would sometimes work and sometimes not. Well now, they do not work at all. Not in any setting.
I have confirmed that there is no power getting to the wiper fuse in the cabin.
I know based off of the post below that this is one of the last things in the circuit. Heres what I know for sure:
1. The heated seat fuse in the cabin has power and works fine (I use it for a fuse tap since I don't have heated seats.
2. The windshield wiper fuse in the cabin does not get power.
3. All fuses ( heated seat, 10A wiper, and 30A wiper are all good.
I have tried swapping the relays under the good but nothing seemed to work.
Any ideas here?
"The power goes through several relays as you already know. Here is where it starts.
HTD SEAT/WPR RLY fuse "10A" (BCM) This allows power to activate K15. Ground for the relay is constant on G102 ground.
Wiper fuse 4 "30A" which is before the K15 contacts. (Under hood)
Then through to the wiper switch via WPR/Washer fuse "10A" (I/P fuse box)
If you put the wipers on at the highest speed it should activate the Hi/Low relay K41 (under hood) and the on/off relay K45 (under hood) via the wiper diode. Ground for the relays is constant through G202.
This will allow you to operate the wipers without the need of the BCM.

I tried swapping test, and wipers still would not work. I gambled went to Autozone and Bought all 3 relays 41, 42 and 45. I popped in all 3 and Bingo, wipers work.

Actually I'm impressed that you probably do drive your car in the rain! So many Vette owners avoid that like the plague! When I took delivery of mine, I drove it 200 miles home in a moderate rain. Wipers worked great!
