Best performance bolt ons?
I'm a new vette owner, I have a BBK intake and corsa exhaust done to my car. I was wondering what the best bang for the buck out there is without spending a fortune. I was thinking LT headers, x pipe, high flow cats, heads and cam then tune and dyno it. This is just my toy occasional strip for fun when I want to show off. Any suggestions?

C6 of Year Finalist (performance mods) 2019
If it's an A6, then the best bang for the buck is a high stall converter. LS2's seem to perk up with a FAST IM, but if you plan on future internals, then LS3 heads and IM along with a suitable cam is a better choice for the $.

Check out the 1/4 challenge sticky....... you can see what other members with various bolt on modifications have run in the quarter mile. It will give you a frame of reference to base your decision on best bang for the buck as you can follow CF member cars modified from the stock configuration & etc.....
good luck

Without "spending a fortune" I would probably say Cam/Headers/tune

Do some research on the site. Determine where you want to be with the car. If its a weekend toy, I would weigh the cost of the HCI vs. SC vs. TC. Also decide if you want to have the car tearing a$$ down the road or looking good when you go to drive it on the weekends. This will help you decide if you want to put a large amount of $$ into performance or some into performance and some into style (interior upgrades).
This comes from someone who has had their 05 now for almost 8 years with 107k on the clock and little mods. I have enjoyed the power behind the mostly stock car while still driving it around showing it off

Cold air intake is the best first mod, followed by headers and a tune.
Perhaps this thread with my dyno results from each mod might be useful to you.

Knowledge can be your friend and lack of it can make you look foolish.

That video is also a good example of a car that was having obvious problems before catching fire.
I have used nitrous, I have been around nitrous being used. It is not dangerous or overtly flammable.

Thanks for all the responses. Think I will add kook long tube headers with x pipe and high flow cats, think about getting a fast then do a tune and dyno. Like I said I already got the bbc intake and corsa exhaust. Mongillomotors wants 650.00 for a custom tune and dyno. Is that expensive ?

"C"AIs are mostly sheepish fluff. Unless it significantly drops your IAT readings you'll be wasting cash. The stock system and filter are very efficient compared to Mustangs and Hondas where every ones go to first mod answer is CAI (which is ironic because most all kits just expose the filter to engine bay heat).
A FAST is a great mod for an LS2 with the proven worst stock intake manifold of any LSx including the original LS1 intake. For the LS3 it's a waste of big money. You'll be lucky to see 5-10 whp even with a cam and exhaust. The LS3 intake is incredibly efficient (as are the heads).
If it's an LS3, put full exhaust on it, slap a cam inside, tune and enjoy your 500whp Corvette without all the other fluff parts people sheepishly flock to that add little to nothing. LS2? Consider LS3 top end swap. Cheaper than FAST & ported or aftermarket heads for the same/ similar gain.
