Default Rear Axle Ratio and Stall Speed Advice

I am planning a build for my new to me 2012 GS A6 coupe. The build will be based upon an ECS centri kit with meth shooting for low 10's in the 1/4. I plan to run 345/35/19 Nitto NT05R DR's (I know you will tell me to run smaller diameter wheels for more sidewall wrinkle but please humor me for now!).

What do you Forum guys recommend for the converter stall speed and the rear gears (now 2.73)? On my C5 A4 I run a 3200 stall Yank converter and 3.73 gears but I realize the A4 is a whole different ball game than the A6.

Thanks in advance.
