how much power can a stock clutch hold (ls3)
Hey guys I have an 09 ls3 and I wanted to know how much power my stock clutch can handle before it starts slipping. Also if y'all have any suggestions on what I should upgrade to it would be appreciated. Thanks for y'alls help.

I have about 550 RWHP and 525 torque and am using a CenterForce Dyad twin disk with a Tick mater. This combo works fine.
Torques is the killer, not horsepower.

Thanks. How much can the stock clutch hold? I'm taking the car out to texas 2k14 later this week and I just wanna make sure this clutch will hold. New clutch will be next on my list of upgrades.

Stock clutches can hold a lot. I eventually burned mine up at 600whp years ago getting in the trailer due to the fact I had a malfunction and was down on power.
