Correct tire pressure ???
I just got a 2008 coupe with the Z51 package.New it came with run flats.
Now it has Hankook ventus V12 evo k110 when I got it.The tag on the door says 30 psi (stock tires run flat) I checked the V12 tires the pressure was all over the place 34 to 39psi.SO what is the correct psi for the Hankook tires?
Thank you
Mark

The "compromise, all around general use" temp is 30 psi, cold.
But, if you are serious about tire temps and use, then you might want to expend the energy and time to shoot for 30-31, HOT. Obviously that leaves you likely to run too low a temp most of the time so you would have to decide what works for you.

Wear and handling are the two key issues. And don't forget that alignments do not last forever, or is a once-ever item when you get new tires (but good thing to do unless you like getting lots of new tires).
I'd also say start w. 30 all around, stone cold in the morning. Don't go out and break records to see how it handles just yet, but gently ease into days of driving and how it handles under different conditions. Then set fronts or rears up or down for traction and handling.
Here are some articles/info on tire pressures and handling:

Drifting
That's about what I run. When mine was a daily driver, I would actually knock it down to 26-28 during the summer. Texas heat can be a bitch. Once summer started, the tire pressure would jump to 30-32 on a 30+ minute ride through the hill country.

If they are stock sizes, then 30 is the easy place to start...then watch wear patterns from there. Remember that for the large size of the tire, the C6 is very light. This is why the recommended pressure is low. The car is not heavy enough to squish the tires very much. Too much squish means too much heat generated from the flexing of the tire. Too little squish means that only the middle of the tread is riding on the pavement. Proper tire pressure is the right compromise between these two extremes. For the stock sizes, 30 is the compromise.
