Default Header Swap LS7

So I decided after lots of reading that I would do my header swap myself...obviously that's where I went wrong.

I was able to get the manifold and cat pipes separated and removed from the passenger side but on the driver side 2 bolts broke 1 is just spinning freely but not going anywhere and the last one I haven't even messed with yet.

Any advice? As this point should I just figure out what needs to be removed in order to take the cat/manifold out as one piece?

If you can get a grip on any part of it with vise grips that could help, just try to avoid the threads unless the nut is already past them and you don't plan on reusing or selling them. Also soak it in pb blaster, wd40, croil or something like that to help the nut loosen up a bit. Hope that helps a bit.
