As others have said, you can't completely tune the lope out of the idle. However, you usually can smooth the lope out slightly more by adding additional ignition timing and fuel to the idles areas in the ECM. It's not going to make a night and day difference, but should help some.

It's worth the lope. I can't even stop to get gas without having someone come up asking questions- 517rwhp/483rwtq on mine with heavy wheel/tire.
