The "best" cam will always be something spec'd specifically for your combination.

There's a jillion different cams that will "work". Hell, I can come up with one that would be fine. I know nothing about your wants and needs concerning the cam though. It's a little hard coming up with the perfect cam for you without a whole lot more info. Talk to a pro and tell him what you have and what you want out of your rig. Pat G has a two page questionaire that gets to the bottom of what kind of cam you need. A cam swap is an expensive PITA that needs to be done right the first time.

A 239/251 112lsa cam will work in your rig. A 215/231 120lsa will too. I'd want to be closer to the latter. You may want something a little more nasty and closer to the former.

Thanks sorry i should've clarified I meant the best over the counter boost cam that U can by from a website .

Tick Performance Stage 2 Blower Cam (227/243 .62x/.62x 116+6) works really well in my experience. Not to mention if you call them and talk to martin he will tell you more than you'll ever want to know about camshafts.

At least decide whether you're going to stay stock with the torque converter. Also, a little mention about your wants regarding manners, fuel eco, etc would be good. Knowing the compression ratio of your built motor is a little tid bit that anyone speccing you a cam needs to know.
