I was at 450 rwhp in an 11' GS 6sp manual (same as you) with a very mild set up. I have ls7 exhaust manifolds and cats, a mild cam (spec'd by FAST Motorsports) valve spring upgrade and a Haltech intake. Im very happy with my set up.

Stock displacement....it's going to effect driveablity, at least it won't drive like a stock car I'll put it that way.
I think the most we have done on a stock LS3 short block is 539rwhp on pump gas (ported LS3 heads, FAST 102/102, G6X3, our 1 7/8 headers, full 3" exhaust, underdrive pulley...)
Most on a built engine, 100 octane and stock displacement was 569rwhp.....ported LS3's, FAST intake, 102tb, G6X3...

Melting Slicks
My .02 cents....If your going to have people pulling your engine apart and porting heads and changing cams you run more risk to your engine than a conservative tuned centrifugal supercharger. The ls3 engine has been proven over and over again to be capable of handling horse power gains with a supercharger way above what you are wanting without changing anything internal. Plus the supercharger will drive like stock and sound like stock while cams ported heads headers will not. You also cant remove and uninstall ported heads. Have them tune it conservatively, boost conservatively and your good. I think you can have someone install one for around that price.
