When you go to get out of the car at times, press the button, nothing.
Lean over to passenger button nothing.

Turn car off restarted still no open. Started fine. Fob unlock
did not open.. door loc/unlock buttons did not unlock. No response.
When about ready to use manual emergency release. Kept pushing
the lock unlock on door. Made a beep and door button worked.

Getting back in the door handle touch pad worked fine and so did
the interior button. Intermittent

Would the cleaning of the door handle touch pad contacts help in the case.

Getting so don't want to go far in the C6 anymore. FOB has new
battery so does the car.

Ever since I cleaned the door contacts, I havent had any issues like that. Start with cleaning those and see if it helps.
