holley hi ram for LS2
well im deciding whether or not I would benefit from the holley hi ram for the ls2. I currently have fast 102 heads/cam, basically full bolt bolt ons, all motor made 513hp/446tq. added a nitrous outlet 102 plate system with a 100 shot. I thought since I have the car apart for winter, I looked at the holleys and really like them. I know the hood will need cut and the front cowl needs cut/trimmed. just wondering if yous think the holley would be ok with my set up. thanks!

Everyone says about loosing low end, I know I will give up some low end but hope to make up for it up top with the nitrous. If anything, this intake will benefit my next motor more so than this one. I mainly went this route to give me more room under the hood as far as running vacuum lines and nitrous lines, I just like the simplicity of this intake and not everyone has it on a vette, I like to be a little different.

You will lose bottom end torque. Not sure how much on this motor since no one has really done it but it's insanely common in the 5.0 Stang crowd. A lot of people swap to the Boss 302 intake which is a high rise and lose low end but make up for it by increasing the rev's to 7k.
