Default Post Cam Issue

As the title says, I'm having bit of a problem after the cam install/tune on my 05 MZ6. The RPMs will occasionally dip down to around 200-300 and will eventually jump and find its way back to the idle RPM. This typically happens when I put my car into reverse and back up. For example, if I'm backing out of the driveway and disengage the clutch to change to first, the RPMs will dip down so low, that it has a hard time returning to the idle RPM. Rarely, the car will stall from this happening. If I can catch it soon enough, I can blip the gas and it'll jump up in RPMs and settle at idle. But it has also happened when taking off in first, so its not just in reverse that it occurs.

Is this a tuning problem? Dirty/bad MAF? Vacuum leak? Other than this, the car drives great and I have no other complaints.

Mods:
LG 1-7/8" headers
Borla Stingers
Vararam CAI
VRX5 236/238 .601/.605 113 LSA cam & supporting valvetrain mods

Thanks,
Toast

I vote for the tune. It won't hurt to go over all vacuum lines though.
