Will work, just make sure its off a coupe/vert and not a zo6. Also make sure its an 08 or you will need to change your midpipe too.

You will need 'NPP in a box" kit to provide vacuum ~$125

the exhaust was changed in 09. You will be fine. If the car is a m6, see if you can score a Z system. It will breathe better and it can be found at a reasonable cost

Hi

When it comes to exhausts l do not have a clue. My 07 is just too quiet and it is the auto.

Traded in my a5 for the 07 at Hendricks which l find awesome. My A5 was only serviced at Vengence Racing in Cumming.

I cannot do anything until Feb

I live off 126 on 85

on the A6 cars, you will need to to reshape the axle tubes around the transmission. On A6 cars the exhaust drone can be anoying due to the rpm the engine is turning. Npp mufflers and "npp in a box" kit is a great option.

The '08 NPP mufflers with over-the-axle pipes are a direct swap to all '05-'08 base C6's, regardless of transmission. It's only the '09 and newer NPP mufflers that need the passenger side pipe reshaped when used on earlier C6's.
