Gene, I have a base '06 C6 roadster, that I upgraded the front and rear sway bars a few years back, Z06 up front and Z51 at the rear. The car had a great stance before I swapped bars but was noticeably higher, about an inch to two inches, higher in the rear after the swap. I've heard/seen where others had complained about this but never saw a reason or resolution for the problem. I'd rather not R&R the rear height pads with "lowering" versions and I've tried every variation of loosing the bolts to ensure there was no binding but I really tired of the raised "whitewall" look in the back. Are the base rear links different for the Z51 sway bar ? Any help would sure be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

All of the end links are the same for all suspensions. We don't see any height issues after installing sway bars from our customers. My thoughts are that you installed the bar backwards, upside down, and this is causing your 4x4 issue. There are several posts here on the forum regarding this.
Thank you,
Gene.

This should be the number one upgrade for all non-Z51 C6 owners. I had my Z51 bars installed along with headers/CAI/tune and it's like I'm driving a new car. Body stays flat through hard turns, I had no idea what I was missing out on. I'm actually baffled at why GM wastes their time with the non-Z51 sway bars. Anyone on the fence, my advice is to go for it!

On all the C5 and C6's the links are optional and the old can be reused if desired and in good condition but we only strongly recommend replacement if someone has an older C5 with the plastic links as they were garbage and prone to failure.

I installed these on my base c6 w/mag.ride...really noticeable change in handling without roughing up the ride. Thanks Gene.

You can actually go a few directions, as this would depend on type of driving and what you would like to improve. You can email us with what you would like to change and we can see what you have available

Purchased the Z51 sway bar kit during the Holiday Sale along with a Borla S Type II kit.
Installation of the sway bars was quite easy. Along with Bilstein HD shocks, my 2013 Base Coupe feels tighter and I like the ride.
Thanks to the guys at Cultrag. Great to have you on the forum.😁
