Default Ordering Tire Pressure Sensors Questions

When I got my car from the dealer it did not have TPMS installed. I have to replace the tires so I am going to add the sensors. My question is I know the sensors are Part# 25758220

My question is can I just order the 15234846 Sensor Nut or do I need to get the 19117460 that has the Tire Valve,Cap, Core, Grommet, and Nut

The car does just has the rubber valve stems now.

Thank you in advance

you need the whole thing, grommet & nut, valve cap is not needed if you have some but probably easier to order the whole kit (4)
the next thing is that people have been trying to do what you have for years now! so they may not work anyhow if some one was able to shut down the system

Thanks for the info! I think the system is still good I get the warning light and the message but I will have that checked out before I order anything.
