FAST 102 Intake and Throttlebody to much air??
I have cam only LS3 with intake and longtubes. Is a FAST 102 Intake and throttlebody going to be too much air for my heads?

LMR in Houston did my engine with a cam, long tubes, high flow cats, cold air intake, tune and fast 102 manifold. I guessing the Fast 102 added less than 15Hp. End of the day my LS3 made 510+ whp on their dyno.
They suggested the Fast 102 over doing head rework for cost considerations, I wanted a car for running a road course.
My car is fast with a very linear throttle, I have run down a couple of new GTR's on road courses, just because of the Vettes straight line speed, these guys seem pissed when they get passed.
Adding an intake manifold and throttle body won't do much without a tune.

I understand what you're saying but with the larger intake and throttle body the flow of the heads will then become the limiting factor. My question is how big of an intake can I go with before I reach the limit of head flow? I'm considering a Mamofied 102 intake and tb.

The LS3 heads flow extremely well out of the box so to answer your question (kinda) no, your not going to be moving too much air. It might pick up 15/15 over the LS3 intake setup you have

Dado is right, you'll see about 10-15 with a tune when you put a FAST on an LS3. On an LS2 you see around 20-25 because the LS2 manifold sucks. You can install it yourself, it's not that hard either. A throttle body will be overkill in my opinion. I think the fast isn't that bad of an investment though
