I need suggestions and or Ideas on dropping my Torque Tube and rear drive train
I have a 2009 Z06 with SC and my OEM clutch has seen its last days. I will be replacing my Clutch for an RXT setup steel billet flywheel along with taking advantage of having the drivetrain out to install a FORE Innovations Sage 4 return Fuel system. I also have the HMS Drive shaft, Engine mounts and Diff Mounts. Last but not least I will also be changing out the Clutch master cylinder for a TICK Performance MC
My question is for those of you that have already done this before, Is it easier to remove the setup in parts or just drop the drivetrain from behind the bellhousing on the engine. (all one piece)
Fuel tank should come out easily with the drivetrain out. (or so Im told)Do i need to remove both sides? hints or suggestions?
I have a lift at my shop but will be getting another trans jack so that with 2 its easier to drop together.
thanks in advance guys

We removed mine in one piece right behind the bellhousing like you mentioned. The intake manifold may need to come out. The top bellhousing bolt is almost impossible to remove. The tunnel heat shield combined with the harness that runs around the top bellhousing area makes it for a fun time....not really.
