The Bar is steel, the Arms are Aluminum and parts of the brackets are also Aluminum.

I wouldn't worry about the arms coming off on these like pfadts though since they appear to mount perpendicular to the bar. The mounts look interesting too.

We have been running the new bars the last couple weeks. They work great. It s nice to be able to change them out quick. Look for the Silver C5 at Bowling Green this weekend!

For those of you at Super Summit this weekend, the Black RideTech C5Z is running these as well. The MuscleBars are one of the few changes we made on the car this year that have helped me make BIG improvements over last year.

THis looks like a C6 Z06 based on the diff cooler.

Do you have a picture with the exhaust installed?

Thanks!

The part I don't get,
The weak link in the system is not the sway bar, but the end links instead.

So on that note, you can reinvent the wheel all you want with the sway bar, but if your doing this, then redesign the sway bar to work with a better end link system instead (one that will hold up more than a year of hard use and have to be replaced instead).

They moved the sway bar way back, so it hits the exhaust, and I get why they moved it back, but it you will have to cut up the exhaust to use the bar.

Thinking specifically about the C6 Z06, how do these bars compare to the GM T1 bars?

The T1 set up take a lot of aerodynamic down force to get it to work correctly!!!!!

We are working on comparing the GM bars as well as other available bars. The short answer is more ability to adjust and tune.

The big advantages are that its riding on a bearing surface and you get rid of the compliance of the rubber.

It shows oem endlinks on the front bars but you could use anything...

Chase, I have a C6 Z06. Will I have to modify the exhaust to use the rear Musclebar? If so, what has to be modified?

From the Ridetech website:

** Note O.E. mufflers must be modified to work**

Are the T1 bars softer than the Pfadt heavy duty bars? If so, the T1 would require less aero than the Pfadts??
