Default Looking for a "kit" of PCV lines to reroute my lines

I am installing my Katech valve covers and catch can and I want to re route some of my lines, are there any kits out there available with the Corvette hard lines that can be cut or fitting to what I want? If not I guess I could buy a set of used ones and cut them in add connectors?

Any suggestions

When installing Holley valve covers and RX catch can I used fuel/PCV hose with SAE 30R7 specification. Cut the plastic lines near the fire wall and dry sump tank and slid the 3/8" hose over OEM lines.
