Default 2008 A6 fluid and filter change and flush

Hi all, I am getting ready to service the A6 on my 08 coupe 32k miles. There is a lot of great info on the forum including Enterprisehunter's great video which covers the drain, filter change, and fill very well.

I would like to go a step further and flush the oil in the converter as well. I have done this on other cars by pulling the return line from the cooler and running out and refilling a pint at a time until the fluid is clear. I am changing to Amsoil full synthetic and want to get as much of the old fluid out as possible.

I see no reason this would not work on a Vette, has anyone done this or have another method to flush the converter and cooler lines?

Thanks,
Kenneth
