Question ZR1 Tires & Rims
Are the fenders on ZO6 the same size as ZR1, because I want put ZR1 tires and rims on my ZO6. Any clearance issues. I have opportunity to purchase A deal.

GS/Z06/ZR1 all use the same size fenders and wheel offsets. You can use any GS/Z06/ZR1 wheel on a GS/ZR1. I'm not sure if you can use the smaller 18/19 GS/Z06 wheels on a ZR1 though due to brake rotor clearance.

ZR1 used 1" larger rims front and back since it was needed for the larger carbon fiber rotors.
As for the tires, will notice that the ZR-1 front are 30, while the backs are 25's (Z06 runs 35/30), so ZR1 and Z06 tire OD are pretty close to being the same OD sizes.

So with the ZR-1 rims on your car, will just have larger gap between the rotors and inside rim barrel, and just lower profile tires instead (less side wall flex while corning, and being able to bend a rim faster due to such instead).

GS/Z06 tires are:
275/35R18 front
325/30R19 rear
ZR1 tires are:
285/30R19 front
335/25R20 rear
Outer diameter is the same for GS/Z06/ZR1, which means there is not correction needed for speedo.
Yes, they are lower profile, but I don't ever recall a forum post of anyone bending a ZR1 wheel. I personally have had to drive over some pretty big potholes with mine and never had an issue.

Evan70, thanks for the catch.
Somehow I was thinking base car and adding 19/20's with base offset rims to it.
On the base cars, 40/35's, and you switch to 35/30's when stepping up 1" larger rims to keep close to the same OD size of tires.
