I vote to get the head work done first.

I'm not aware of such success on LS7 motor (cam only). Basically to make HP on NA engine you'll need to move more air and more fuel through the engine (thats the nutshell). Hence, if you would like to add 100 rwhp you will need to consider a good set of headers/pipe to compliment the addition of the cam and CAI.

In my case...Cam, CAI, Headers, Lsx102 W/NW TB = 600rwhp

I second that!
If you decide to drop a hot cam in...you are risking the integrity of the springs and other components in the heads. As for air/porting...the ZO6 heads are awsome and will move enough air to make 900hp.

Default Cam info...

OP made it clear he's not looking for 600 whp reason for my info is he will get a much larger cam to do what he want's and this cam can add the choice to make much more if he want's to go for it later and for now is a small cam that will do what he wants.

I do agree with the heads redone as they are known to drop valves and early worn valve guides.

Just to be clear I don't know or have ever personally dealt with Brian Tooley or American Heritage performance.

American heritage performance off Harbor City Ca. 600 whp 578 torque.
cam 231/242 .653/.627 112 +2

Cam by Brian Tooley.

Brian Tooley is a great guy (all around) and runs a tight ship.

OP. Something like a 230/244 on a 115lsa should get you right where you need to be. I would try to keep the lift around or under .640".
