Default Tpms and questions

I have a new weld rts s77 setup I'm going to be installing in the next week with my turbos. Is there a way to get around not running Tpms with out any light?

If not does anyone know the best place to get them or have a set they want to sell.

The car is a 2012 grandsport.

Also I went with a 17x11 setup for the rear with m&h 325/45/17.
And 18x8 fronts. What size tire do I need for the front to keep the system happy.

the accepted rule of front/rear (not absolute but accepted) diameter differences is..

front must be..
min is rear dia * .942
max is rear dia * .980

back must be..
min is front / .98
max is front / .942

a good calculator for comparing is..
