These are made with Coleman Rotors for Zip products .
I do not know where Coleman can say the do not know the dimensions but they also would not normally admit to doing custom work for someone else !
Part numbers are:
DB749 Slotted $759.95 for the fronts
DB846 Drilled $859.95

DB845 Drilled with park brake provision $899.95
DB775 Slotted with above $799.95

I have the slotted rotors on my car front and rear and the work
great , just like stock rotors.
Hope this helps
Ed
I was really in to the idea of upgrading to 2 piece rotor but holy cow that's really expensive! That's $3100 for brake rotors, a wearable part! Are there any cheaper alternatives?

Also, the weight has been removed right at the hub which has minimal rotating inertia because the radius is so small. That is nothing like removing the same weight from your tires, or even your rims.

I have already removed 10 lbs from torque converter and 80 more from drag pack another 30 plus from rotors without resorting to remove my beloved big brakes and with a total of 120 lbs of reciprocating weight removed i be done with my weight removal program.

Coleman supplies us with a custom rotor. They can supply you with one as well but if you are only buying a set they are going to be very expensive. Then you have to find a Machine shop to design and custom machine the hats. You can't use the stock measurement because they don't mean anything compared to a two piece rotor except the over diameter. We spent probably over 10k in testing and prototyping these, it would be much less expensive for to just buy the set instead of trying to reinvent the wheel. If you do not want ours, Brembo makes a nice set as well.

Which I said multiple times in here but he doesn't seem to want to listen. Zip, and AFX both have coleman rotor setups ready to go. No reason to measure anything.

A company called Giro sells 2 piece rotors on ebay for about $800, but you get a pair of rotors for that price instead of 1. That is pretty reasonable and what I will replace my rotors with when the time comes.

Google works wonders. They sell them direct (not on ebay) for $800 too, or all over ebay.

Porsche guys seem to love them. Lots of good reviews for evos/gtrs/etc. Need to compare but they seem a bit heavier than other brands, but for the price that is hard to complain about.

For $800 a pair I would probably run the racing brake. Lighter and looks like replacement disc are less

http://www.racingbrake.com/Two-piece...ONT-p/2148.htm

Zip is $760
http://www.zip-corvette.com/05-13-c6...ke-rotors.html

AFX is $840

Racing Brake sells a center mount version for the Z06 brakes (what I have). That's their top of the line get up. Set of 4 $2,160.

http://www.racingbrake.com/ProductDe...Code=GM-IRK-02

$1,480 a set for the standard brakes

http://www.racingbrake.com/RB-Iron-R.../gm-irk-01.htm

Less if you use their street line comparable to the other offerings.

Actually they RB lists theirs at 18 lbs, ours are 16.6 lbs. We also have the parking brake provision in our rear rotors. All of our 2 piece rotors are priced by the PAIR.

I was talking about compared to the Girodisc, yes yours are the lightest from what I can tell.

I'm going to order rotors in next few days. Leaning towards zips but they are one of the more expensive options. Wish there was better/more infor on other brands.

Can do the 2 piece DBA 5000s for $660, or Stoptech ARK 2 piece rotors for $680. Zip look nice, but not sure they are worth the extra $100.

Zip, any coupons/discount codes/holiday stuff? If your price was a bit less I would order them today.

Don't need 4 rotors, or pads. Just fronts. I'll call Monday.

Have base brakes on rear so no one makes rear 2 piece, and they are small enough it wouldn't be worth the cost.

They are expensive because of what goes into them. The components are extremely expensive. There is not much margin in them or else I would have them set lower. You get what you pay for and you will get what you pay for with our rotors.

Thanks for the response. Will call later and order a set. Or just do it online.

I don't want them showing up when I'm out of town, so may hold off on a day or two, but will order them. Thanks for the support.

Actually I can set you up with a less expensive RB option. This is a more economical option created to compete with other lower cost traditional surface mount rotor offers.

Never noticed that includes pads. That is a decent deal but I wanted to use carbotech pads.

Landed up with XP8 and Zip 2 piece rotors. Came out to $1100 shipped all said and done.
