C6 Power Steering Delete/Conversion?
I'm not sure if this has ever really been discussed, if it has please link me so I don't waste people's time but I couldn't find anything in my searches.
Has anyone created a conversion to get rid of the power steering? All creature comforts are being omitted from my build for weight savings and I would like the power steering to be one of them. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. If it's way more $ and trouble than it's worth I won't bother. But I'm stripping the whole care down to bare race weight.

I thought I saw ECS do this on a C5? Might call them and see if they can help

They make steering racks for race cars. They are just one of many. Turn 1 also does racks and I have their pump on my car.
