Default Battery hold down

I noticed my battery was sitting on an angle today and not secured on position. When I took out the bolt that secures the battery I noticed there are no threads in the hole it came out of. There is no room to hold a nut in position under the battery plate, is there a squeeze nut or a rubber sleeve with metal threads that belongs there?

whatever blind nut there was has broken off, mine on my 06 did this too, it's up to you what to do about it? I haven't done anything but I should, but I've never had the batt sideways or tilted, you been doing some off roading? I think they break the original in KY during the build
