Dashlogic is so usefull for some many other reasons, I would just grab one of them. Hands down one of the best things you can do for your car.

I'd double check the 84. Been to a lot of tracks and never saw one that low. What track?
Usually they only measure sound in a couple areas. Find out where and then let off the gas as you go by.

Just a mater of time before someone want to "redneck" the solution, and break out the bailing wire.

I have NPP that I added to my car and never hooked up because I like it loud. Once or twice a year I might take a 300 mile highway trip and for those I just ziptie them close. Always works great for me. just cut them off once home.
save your money and bring some zip ties along. if you are too loud then zip tie them shut.

It is a NASA event at Lime Rock. I ran with NASA in CA for many years and never a level that low even at Laguna Seca

Laguna Seca did allow some unlimited weekends for clubs but charged extra. NASA had some of the unlimited weekends but some were limited. They keep building million dollar houses around that track so a day will come when the track won't allow clubs considering the county owns the track. Stupid since the track was there first.
