Default Rear end noise

05 Manual 6sp making noise under a slight load in 4,5&6 gears when giving it more throttle noise goes away.
What do you all think it is?

Yes both transmission and rear end done as per the service bulletin.

If it's a rattle noise, check the exhaust and tips.

I chased a noise for months that only happened around very small rpm ranges. One of the exhaust tips were broken on the tabs.

You might also look at the "anti rattle" clips on your break pads. I've had more problems with those things causing rattle quite a few times.

My 2006 developed a whine under the same conditions immediately after a fluid change. Six months and a new transmission and diff later Chevy declared it fixed. Something about "layshaft bearings" once the tranny was sent back to Tremec. Thank God for extended warranties!
